Character wipe

I'm new here and would like to know whether there will be a character wipe?
Is this game on open/closed beta?
Regarding payment i read a few post stated it's gonna be free forever,is it true?

There is no character wipe .. This game wont be free for ever it will be p2p soon as hatrel unlocks ..(God knows when thats gona happen)..
