Trying to open hetral map

Hi! ALL
Sir i want to open an hetral map as i hav cmplete sq 1-1 and 1-2
i need sq 1-3 tryed to find a lot but no use :(
so GM's try to impose sq 1-3 so that we can solve and open hetral map :?:
