U Don't put runes into weapons. They are used in crafting, which can be used to put various options on weapons/items/Lvl them up/Upgrade them. for details, see SINGAPORE site.
our GMs/Web designer haven't made the efforts to copy it(atleast) onto the site. anyway, carefull with crafting stuff. RISKY RISKY RISKY.
I spend 10-20 mi a day on crafting(with minimal results).
But, considering other players, i seem to have better success
i recently lvled up a 10% mounted Bjorn to lvl 8 through crafting before a minor accident(trying to upgrade it to G8 ) caused it to be broken.
