well, I think the war result was fair, coz if Temoz used Nirjara and Freshia, Quanato used Crimeboy, Merlin and Shoker. I know for sure, Crimeboy is Spirit's char. And I think Shoker was played by Spica's cafemates(I have my doubts). And Spica and Spirit play from the same cafe. So, guys, the result would be the same without the rc-killing incidents, or maybe better for Temoz, coz Quanato used 3 buggers compared to Temoz's 2. Anyways, I believe those kills didn't count, coz the guides said so.

What is this Fairness in Gameplay???
Fairness in Gameplay is involved at every stage of the game, namely:
- Levelling (Questing and Leeching/taking help to level up)
- Kill stealing
- Hunting Place
- Abusing and use of Bad language
- Using Knight hood for Level up and equips then quit KH
- Taking help from in game friends (Level up, Equips & PK)
- Lending(s) in game
- Hacking
- Player Versus Player (PVP)
The subjective terms above need to be discussed in more depthto reach
to the Fair and not fair performance thereof.
- Player Kill (PK)
- For fun .. Not fair
- Kill steal .. Fair
- Not giving drops .. Not fair
- Helping in pk without verifying the fault by Friend, KH mate,
UJ/DJ supplier, etc. .. Not fair
- helping KH mate .. Fair
- Did not took in party .. Not fair
- Hunting Place .. Fair
- Enemy Country player .. Not fair
- Revenge of Loosing and Frustration .. Not Fair
- Country War
- Boss hunting
- Country chat, Alliance Chat, Public Shout, etc.
- PKING AFTER WARS ... NOT FAIR
- so on so forth
The subject in present post is "Fairness in Country War".
Fairness is a subject which actually cannot be isolated and discussed
because it has cummulative effect of all unwritten rules of Fairplay at
all stages of Game.
Fairness in Country War: Ethical Country War:
- Dealing enemy in Country War .. Fair
- Using Larcs .. Fair
- Using mounted equipments .. Fair
- Low Level Character using Supershue .. Controversial
- Login in Enemy Country Character .. the present issue
- so on so forth
Login in Enemy Courty Character:
- dealing with your own Coutry player to stuck him and allow enemy to
kill him easily .. Not Fair
- Giving Free kill to Enemy Country: This involves to methods
- Die .. TP .. dont refill .. die (DTD)
- Die .. Reverse Curse (RC) .. die (DRD)
For the Time being I reserve my Opinon on both the methods.
The Player posting the is crystal clear that "DRD" is unfair. I
appreciate the thought, keeping aside the language used and Threats
posted. At least some one talking about FAIRNESS, ETHICS and MORAL's in
GAme play after long time. I hope the process has began again to have
decipline in the game, which were there in Chief's era to some extend.
WHO Decides particular act is FAIR, ETHICAL, MORAL, etc.
These all are unwritten rules. A3 server is a PK server so it has be
silent on the same.
Then who decides Fair, Ethics, etc in game play?? ..... We the
gamers!!!
The Fair and not Fair mentioned above is my Opinion, every one has such
opinion, may be diffrent from me, but most will be on the same line of
mine.
The Collective opinon of all shall decides this unwritten rules. but is
this collective opinion is of all or only some?? No it is not the
opinion of all, it is opinion of small group (Tribes/KH/Friend circle)
and changes from gruop to Group. Then who actually decides this
unwritten ethics of game for mass gamers?? Mostly, the undergiven
decides:
1. Superior and Influencial Group, KH, Friend Circle, etc;
2. Superior and Influencial Individuals;
3. Senior or High level Player and Friends for the Cafe mates and new
comers.
hmmmm ... Role of Influencial is the most important, because their own
morality decides these unwrritten rules for others. That also means
Power comes with Responsibility. In my opinion all Powerful Player(s)
are duty bound with this Responsibility because "Fairness in Gameplay"
cannot be successful without their unselfish participation to maximum.
Think to urself were do you stand, Pointing finger to other is easy,
see ur self first before pointing finger, Remember while pointing one
finger to others four points at you.
Therefore, the Influencial decides these Fair norms, Ethics, etc of
Gameplay. Who Follow them, is also a important question!
WHO Should Follow these Fair norms and Ethics of Gameplay???
All charcters or only Inferior Players and not the Influencial
superior.
In my opinion all should follow, without discrimination of level,
influence and character. No one shall have immunity. The Norms always
flow from superior to inferior. But is that gonna happen?? The Powerful
ones and influencials get immunity for their acts.
It is genrally found that in PK server, Influencial make rules because
they can punish the inferior. The influencial online decides the act is
crime or not? and according to his own norms takes action. Some will
settle the issue by talking to both fighting parties, some will punish
the inferior by pk, etc.
what the Unfair things Present Superiors/Influencial have taught to the
inferiors/ Low level players
- Pk if not taken in party, call for reparty
- ask the drops, and if not given, reparty or pk .. the drop is always
of the lucky fellow.. shall not be given unless decided prior to hunt,
whatever the drop it may be.
- pk others for fun
- pk cause he is leecher, it is individual decision how to level up,
questing is the best method and benefial to every individual, it should
not be forced.
- intervening in pking of others
- encouraging nubes to increase chaos that settle disputes
- so on so forth
This is what the Influencial's have given to the coming generations, is
it a Fair Game play??
What Punishments Can be Awared??? Punishment's presently followed are:
- Pk, the widely used
- Settlement by talks, Person at loosing gets nothing, he has to
Forget!!!
- Not to sell the equipements of the Accused... only found in high
level .. g7 above.
- Compensation: This is done in two methods one by money and secondly
by helping to gain the lost percentage, Support, Free mobbing, free
pots supply, etc. This method is Hardly used.
- Kicking from the KH
-Throwing from party
- Not taking in party
- Pk on sight
- so on so forth
The above Punishement narrow down the scope "Fairness in Gameplay"
because of
- unassureed following of norms,
- unsettled norms,
- no dedication to dicipline,
- Lack of unity,
- Discrimination by influence,
- Changing Norms from Individuals and Groups.
- limited punishment,
- so on so forth.
Regular Reasons given for abusing Fairness, without going into
knowledge who is at Fault.
- He is my friend
- he is my cafe mate/ KH mate/ Alliance
- he is high level
- he has helped me level up
- That Character belongs some one Influencial
- My friend pked u not me
- there is no end to these reasons
Finally Influencial's only curb the Fairness and ethics of game play.
Whether such individual's can argue about the Fairness?? ... NO
Fairness in Gameplay is collective and cannot be separated, it involves
at all stages of game. on the basis of narrow submission above:;
Q Vs T Country War (fairness in War): Login in Enemy country character
and make him die to win the war .... is been decided by the
influencials in City Q as UNfair, Unethical Gameplay. This is a city
war not about any individual player, Whenever you accuse someone see
your hands are clean, so does the accuser city's hands clean.
1. Shoker : Warrior from termoz was specifically logged on by (The
Brain) Spirit and Spica. This Warrior use to Die .. Tp .. die, scroing
points for Quanado. why they used DTD method and not Die .. RC .. Die,
because they noticed that in DRD Method points are not adding to city.
2. Merlin: Mage from Termoz was killed in DRD method similarly like
Freshia. who is this Nirjara??
Are the Quandian's (not perticular individual, in war only one color
BLUE or RED) have come with clean hands?? Answer is Blant .. NO
3. PRIDE OF TERMOZ: on the above front, the Quanadian's are trying to
take merit away of the Termoz Warrior's, Mage's, Archer's and Hk's who
had actually killed Quanadian's on Merit, despite the knowledge that
DRD method does not add points.
4. The Skillful play has to be appreciated ... I personally Appreciate
skillful play of Xplode from Quanado and of Madmage from Termoz, the
best use of skill was displayed by both the mages. I had witnessed it.
There may be number of such Skillful players from both Countries.. who
I was unable to witness.
IT is ALL About THE FAIRNESS in GAMEPLAY: The Fairness in the Gameplay
will not come unitedly unless each influencial earn's loss or the
Country earns loss. I have tried to be the ethical player in game to my
best, even changed number of Low Level's from going on wrong track.
Changing some does not change all .. the effort should be at all fronts
if WE want to enjoy game. Still, i am looser when it comes to "seeding
the Ethics of Gameplay" in up coming players because the gamers in my
vicinity lost there tracks too ... sad!! The Postive effort's have been
a Failure, in other words. This is my First Negative effort, seeking
again for "Fairness of Gameplay".
Dont's Worry MERLIN, SPRIT, SPICA and SHOKER these accusers dont have
gutts to take action against you Four. I had planned this act with
clear understanding that i have to become victim, with a hope this
Negative effort will pave new path towards "Fairness of Gameplay".
