Text all blury and letters repeating

my friend gave me the screenshot which i sent 2x already to the gms her text is all messed up after downloading she got the drivers and everything is updated but all her text is in jumbles

Ex:'Polandra' normal on her side shows 'Polanan an another letter partly cut

i dont know what she can do to fix this we already tried reinstalling 2x
any advice?

HUH!! DOSEN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME.

DID YOU MESS UP THE FONT FILES OR THE CLIENT FILES????

no just downloaded the game normally on my pc was fine on my friends when she tryed to log just showed like that even after reinstalling 2x :\
