All those who whine about admins not helping u properly,
1.why dont u leave the game?
Ans. u dont have an alternative.
Beggars r not choosers. One can post review about game / admins being bad, but if u feel like abusing them or DEMANDING evrything from them, then its ther fkking right not to give u freebies or not to help u, if u dont like it leave the game , simple. Its their game, if they are convinced that u r any good to the game, then they will help u certainly or supprot your actions. On the other hand if they feel that someone is a nuisance in gaming world, they will not.

Excuse me Even though its a free game its not going to remain as such for ever do u know they will make it pay to play after a year or such...
By the time they reach that If guides and GM's continue like this they will have 0 customers .....

And Btw almost all mmorpgs are free in the begining stage ...

So they cant give excuse like the game is free so we wont respong quickly...

I mean wat are they getting paid for........

HEY,

KEEPING IN MIND THEY ARE HUMANS, WE OUGHT TO WAIT FOR A FEW MINUTES FOR THEIR REPLIES TO REACH US, BUT IN CASE OF A3, THE GUIDES ARE DOING A GOOD JOB, BUT GMs.......................

Who is paying them, U ? me? ....... no its sify, only those who pay GMs from their pockets have rights to ask those GMs, come on, do u go to ur neighbour's house and ask y his manager is not working properly? Even when u pay for any service like say a mobile or internet and dont get decent servce then what do u do? Dont u leave the service provider? Then y r u not leaving A3, coz there r no close alternatives. And here we are not even paying them. Well human tendencies, take all that is free and then ask why those freebies dont have features that come with paid products.

I believe the question is not about whether we are paying for the services or not, rather it's about how Guides/GMs should reply to the queries. Whether it's P2P or not you have Guides available in A3. It's only about enhancing the skills for them to handle as many questions possible in most efficient way. Now, I am not saying that the Guides are not doing good job. Infact I have also played many MMORPGs, and based on my experience I would say that A3 Guides are doing a great job. The only complaint I ever had was that they should be more active in moderating the forums (specially editing foul language). However few suggestions from my side........it's up to them whether they want to implement it or not.

# Whenever any player ask any questions, atleast the guides can let them know that they are answering other's questions and will be answering them in a while. (I have myself experienced the same, that they take 5 to 7 minutes for even acknowledging my greetings)
# It will be better if the Guides can used standard English while replying and not the "Chat" language.
# There are few free of cost softwares available where you can store standard answers. All you have to do is that whenever any players ask any question, put your mouse cursor in the chat box in "whisper mode" and click on the selected answer tab in the free software. The answer will be pasted there. So instead of typing the answer, you can reply in 1 or 2 seconds and will be able to handle many questions at the same time.
# Finally, it's never a good idea to explain about each and every feature to the gamers. You can simply direct them to the guide by providing them the link.

1] WELL THESE GUIDES GET LOST OFTEN COZ AT A PARTICULAR MOMENT MANY PEOPLE MAY SIMUTANEOUSLY SPAM THEM COZ THEY GET PISSED DUE TO THE TIME THE GUIDES TAKE, AT SUCH TIMES THEY MIGHT MISS OUT ON A PLAYER OR 2 BUT EVEN AFTER TAKING INTO ACCOUNT, THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

2] I WOULD NOT SAY SO, THE GUIDES SHOULD USE "LINGO" WHICH WOULD HELP EASE THE TENSION ON BOTH SIDES, BEING ONE OF US REALLY HELPS BUILDING RELATIONSHIP, IF YOU CHECK OUT THE SG FORUMS YOU CAN SEE HOW THE GMs CHAT ALONG WITH THEIR PLAYERS, AND HENCE YOU WILL NEVER SEE POSTS WHICH SLING CRAP AT THEIR FACES OR FLAME THEM REAL BAD.

3] THAT IS A BIT COMPLICATED AS IT WOULD MEAN MODIFYING THE CLIENT PROGRAMME INTERFACE WHICH WOULD IN IT'S WAKE THROW UP LOTS OF BUGS, SO I THINK THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

4] NOT SIMPLY DIRECT, YOU SHOULD TELL THEM ECATLY WHAT THEY SHOULD KNOW TO GET THEIR DOUBT CLEARED, OTHERWISE JUST REDIRECTING THEM WILL ONLY INVITE UNWANTED ABUSE.

Well that depends from community to community, and I suggested what I feel & believe. If A3 India community is at ease with the common lingo, then thats the best.

The software which I am talking about doesn't require any modification with the client. It simply allows you to paste the text, irrespective of the client software you are using (be it word, excel, chat, internet page). If ever, the GMs would like to know about it, I will be happy to share the details.

On the side note Dred, whatever I said is based on my hardcore experience of gaming community, as I don't play games only for fun but it's my career as well. :D

I'M SAYING HOW ARE YOU GONNA PASTE IT INTO THE CHAT WINDOW?

IT'S NOT SUPPORTED AS OF NOW.

THERE ARE RESTRICTION, LIKE U CAN'T USE NUMBERS FOR CHAR NAMES N ALL.

COPY PASTE OPTION..........
