HMM GUIDES TAKE 10 TO 15 MINS TO REPLY A PLAYER..???HEY GM PLZ TELL TO BEACTIVE AND ASK THEM TO RESPOND PROPERLY IN TIME WHEN WE NEED THEY R THERE FOR OUR PURPOSE.....
Guides standing there r humans and not computer program which answers ur question. Do you know how many ppl ask doubts at the same time?. No one can answer many ppl at the same time, they would be helping others while u asked them.More over there r spammers who just keep shouting "seeling uj" "sell me his this scroll" for hell out of times.

Guides dont reply that quickly it real takes 15 mins for them to reply back so as the previous idea may 3 or 4 more extra guides shuld be implemented to Answer all the queries since we dont have any info abt monsters and boss.. It is very needfull to ask a guide for almost everything and 2 guides cant handle 500 online players so 5 more guides would 
It would seriously help a lot if new players would READ ABOUT THE DAMN GAME on the aforementioned website as well as A3 India.com before expecting replies to stupid questions.
You cant expect a guide to sit and type out and explain the whole game system for you just cos you're too lazy to find out on your own and expect spoonfeeding. MMORPGs are complex, you have to be willing to take that minimum effort and initiative to read something on your own, before posing questions.
Otherwise get lost, go back and play Pacman or Counterstrike!
99% of your questions are already answered on the forums or on the websites; in my opinion ingame guides are better off for talking to about account hacking and connectivity and such issues. (How responsive sify ppl are is another matter)

Totally agree with what rex said, i still remember when noobs used to ask how to make a storage box- a bit too frequently, so i thought of some social service and posted the formula with details how to make it. Next day some noob asks me- hey u have posted how to make a storage box, but i dont have time to see website coz i m in cafe, can u tell me the formula here(ingame) - AHEM, (i felt like he is doing a favour by crafting a box for himself) ....... sigh, some ppl never change.
