Dude the FAQ are old....since then there might have been change of viewpoint internally at sify.
It is not in their interest to delete chars...as a few of us have invested a lot of time and effort in building our chars...and probably dont mind paying to continue playing these high lvl chars. But if they delete chars...well its just too much to do it all over again...and paying for it too .....just not a good idea to me.
Also once the open beta and the commercial service starts all the higher up players will be movtivating factors for the noobs...as they will see what high lvl players look like, their powers etc and want to lvl up fast.
Therefore instead of a mass of noobs trying to lvl up ...there will be a good mix of high, medium and low lvl chars..giving character to the whole gameplay.
