Do a area attack liike necten or freeze then press Alt+tab that makes to go to desktop then you can do other stuff till you stop hearing ur skill go back in game ...

G stands for grade.. so you have Grade1 till 10

Grade 1 to 6 you can buy from the npc's Grade 7 and 8 you can loot of bosses and grade 9 and 10 you need to craft.

You can wear Grade 7 at lvl90 Grade 8 at 110 Grade 9 at 130 Grade 10 i'm not sure..
