2 to 3 hours ago, the characters got stuck and since then cannot log in, it says the character is already log in.

Can you please clear the cache or something and fix the log in issue, there are many players which are stuck.

Can you please help fix this issue, I got disconnected and then when I try to login it says "Character already online. Click Ok to exit the program".

Can you please terminate all connections so I can log in again. See attached screenshot.
