Cant login to the server

Cant login to the server

Hi GM,

2 to 3 hours ago, the characters got stuck and since then cannot log in, it says the character is already log in.

Can you please clear the cache or something and fix the log in issue, there are many players which are stuck.

Hi GM and Support Team,

character is stuck cannot log in. loging time says the character is already log in.
please help me.
