First Check if u hav installed Video Drivers are installed Correctly... Make sure u hav not installed Video Drivers for both ur Inbuilt and Graphics Cards seperately... Only install for the Graphics Card.

Secondly if ur using AVG anti virus ... Try uninstalling it... Sounds lame but i faced the ...

Can you please find an Error Logg Folder ,which should be where you have installed A3 in your system. (C:\Program File\A3\.. Not sure of the exact path) . There should be error logg's in the form of Text Files generated in them.

Kindly Open the recent one which was generated when your A3 Game ...
