Please help me retrieve my old character.. i have mailed to a3 support even still no response.. plz let me know if there is another procedure .. i mean for verification .

are there any GMs in this game ? if yes i think its better to reply .. was very eager to play the old server again .. but here the scenario now scares me .. looks like it will take ages !!
