i cannot loggin

i did mailed to a3support
but there is no reply
may be no body is there any more

let me now if u can resolve my loggin issue

whenever i click on my char after loggin it says char is allready loggedin

to beat griffindorr i dont need bug .. and i knew about bug much before but i never knew that it really works and also still never had time to waste to try to use it my self ..

how ever its been 4 days since i am giving open shouts and challenging Griffindorr for pvp match ... he doesnt even reply ...
