We have checked the inventory and storage of the above character and found no unique spear in his inventory/storage. If he may have shared his character excessively there is a chance that somebody must have removed it and sold/destroyed it. I am afraid, we cannot get his spear back ...

that means you are not bothered to freeze the character who gets hacked by some others means and you will allow the hacker to take over some others hardwork.

now thats not at a professional response who is maintaining server this big.

So, what do you expect? We are not into babysitting sessions ...
