Who's this archer Cross?

Couple of nights back, around 2 am or so, I'd returned to town to repot. There was hardly anyone online in Quanato, just few shops. Then I see a xbow archer called Cross, calling ppl to pvp. I couldn't make out what she was wearing...looked similar to Lifestealer's Oranos set. But who is this person?
Another case of popping up from nowhere after botting?

Thts what..i couldn't make out armor grade..xbow armor looks too similar somehow.
