No GmDiablo i still cant

I st cant recharge my account.
when i put the pin it says banned by gm..but i can log in into the game and have to rc every five minutes. i dont know wats going on and why i am unable to recharge my account. i have bought the pin already.
my account expired two days back and i am having this problem since.
Please fix it.
