Char hacked

Dear sir,
I have a char by the name Whitebeauty, it has been hacked nd the guy has already started sellin stuffs, i have allready sent the mail to a3 support, but my request is to plzz frezze the acc as soon as possible (b4 the hacker sells off or npc;s the stuffs).
please do the need full as soon as possible
