Shortage of Saving Scroll

Hi Sir ,
Saving Scroll the most essential item for everyone I think. And everyone
will agree about this. But now a days saving scrolls are getting rarer item.
Yes there is a quest by which we can collect saving scrolls but low lvls cant
do that quest. And one cant say when he gets lagged and so died.
Price of saving scroll is increasing also. Some people demanding 5mil to
6 mil fr a saving scroll. Its impossible to buy a saving scroll at this rate.
I think it will be better if you GMs can provide such option so that players
can buy Saving Scrolls form NPC @ 2mil to 2.5 mil.
