150+ Char Stuck,cannot login in-game,can login a3india.com

Hi,
My character is stuck in the server. I can login in www.a3india.com but can't login In-game.pls look upon my case, n release my char asap, as From today Haloween event has started n i have to take part, Pls help asap.
