Damage Calculation

How exactly is the damage calculated on a player by another?
Whenever, whereever they talk about damage... they give the calculation like this:
Basic damage formula:
Damage = [ ( Continuous effect x Weapon Efficiency ) x ( physical damage + ice, fire, lightning damage ) ] + basic attack damage(glove)

Critical Damage = Damage X 2
well... i tested on another higher lvl char... with my attack less than his defence in all aspects. but still i was dealing damage!! Same thing vice versa.

GM's or any A3guru... pls shed some light on this.

Hi,

I am sorry to say that developers / publishers will not provide such details. It is all left to players to figure it out. We believe that our players are much expert , so they can do it :)

Then base favour damage :D

base favours help a lot
i play a warrior
Hits 2 out of 10 shots critical even without boots and Merc
ha ha ha

considering ur point
u said attack was less than def
it can be in the case of swordies
swordies have low ele defense
so....
it can be possible

and 1 thing Mr.Green
u got high base favour damage
