Wrost Replies and Waste of Time

This is with reference to your mail we would like to inform you that
your login issue was fixed .And the character has made a successful login
till up-to-date.If you still face t5he login issue kindly revert us
back.

I gave a complaint regarding my character (Alphaa) which was hacked, every time i mail them they tell login issue is solved. Do ppl there understand english its almost 2 months after my char got hacked and the hacker is still in control with the character. Mr.Storm do something
