Does a3 team respond...

HI a3 team,
DOES THE A3 SUPORT RESPOND,I HAVE MAILED THEM REGARDING ABOUT THE LAGG AND REQUEST FOR THE BATCH FILE TO THE SENT FOR MY PERSONAL MAIL ID,
IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS NAD NO RESPONSE FROM THE A3SUPPORT TEAM,I JUST GOT AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM AND NO FURTHER MAILS FROM THEM..
PLEASE KINDLY LOOK OVER THE ISSUE AND ASK THEM TO SEND THE BATCH FILE TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ID OF MINE

i mailed a day ago and they have replied me
will send batch file
willl trace when i lag the highest i.e afternoon's
they should knw wat typpo lag i get even though using sify brodband
lets seee!!!!

Lol i mailed many days back, but i dint even got auto response
In my sent mail folder it shows mail is sent, but iam surprised how i dint got auto generated mail
