y gms am not getting my charecter

gms i m mailing for my charecter from past 2 month no one is loggin in my charecter as i am online with other charecter
i m mailing from my alternate e-mail ID a3support gav me reply that my charecter has been restored in my account then y r u not giving my own Account password huh!
and most of all i saw my charecter public shout this saturday during Pulchir race this public shot was from my charecter and the charecter shouted for sellin charecter in real cash dont let my char sell gms please gimme my char back please i ill soon post the screenshot of the public shout given by my char so please if u dont mind Bann my char incase my char would not be logged in to sold to ne one
