My char has benn hacked.. i even sent Pm to Gmstorm

pls help me out my char Hitmannnn has been hacked.. and i can see sme 1 is using my char.... i hav seen my char online many times after getting hacked.. i even sent mail to a3support... the person who has hacked my char has changed my entire profile............
i also had login problem few months ago.... i also hav the INTERACTID of tat mails.. nd i hav all pin no which i used to renew my account pls help.. hope u will reply this time.... i sent many Pm to gmstorm but he isnt replying..... pls help me
