Hello All

i have seen many of then are asking this questing many time that how to take TRACE REPORT here is the solution you have to send a mail to [email protected] they will send u a attachement you guys have to run that on your computer and the attachement will take a trace report automatically and save on the Desktop of your computer and you have to send that report to a3support guys

Tracing is the easy way for any Networking Team to solve some Connectivity problems.

Goto Start--> run-->type cmd

in the command prompt TYPE Tracert(this is a file in the system folder)

Wht Tracert does is it sends packages to the specified IP over different Intermediate locations hopping.U can find out where the ip is not getting pinged seeing the Trace file log.

for all those who dont know u can find a machines Mac address also by giving this in the command prompt
nbtstat -a (GIVE IP HERE) all the fellow pros here who use IP rotators or proxy can be easily caught which they think is not possible lol
since u cannot change ur mac address.......
