Item Destroyed !

Hi,
1st Case(Item Npced)
Getting a item which is NPCed is NOT-AT-ALL a tough job, GMfirst himself told in some post that "NPCs are very helpfull", What does this means?? A item can be easily retrieved which is NPCed. I'm not asking this is it easy or not I no this that it ain't a big thing.
2nd Case(Traded to other character)
The worst excuse you can make. Its players fault if the Hacker sells his stuff to some other character..?? A player works hard for his set and if he/she gets hacked he/she loose everything. In this case hacker has the most benefit he gets Wz for what he sold. If you can't retrieve the stuff which is sold atleast you ppl shud make the set with the same opts & return that set to the player.
So this is the defination of "Destroyed items".We like to say that the items will be considerer as destroyed when it is NPCed or properly traded to other character (but we try to retrieve the item which are possible for use to retrieve or else it will be considerer as destroyed
