sir i did mail to a3 india but still dint get the ans to my question....this is wat they wrote......
"Regarding the items since you are insisting how it was destroyed, we like to say that the items will be considerer as destroyed when it is NPCed or properly traded to other character(but we try to retrieve the item which are possible for use to retrieve or else it will be considerer as destroyed ). Again we like to inform you that none lost items regarding this account issue will be retrieve and also in future we will not involve/help you in any issue concerning this account or items"
they told me wat they consider as destroyed....but dint tell me how was my stuff destroyed....npced or sold off....plzz help

There are certain things, which cannot be told to players. Try to understand that. "We like to say that the items will be considerer as destroyed when it is NPCed or properly traded to other character (but we try to retrieve the item which are possible for use to retrieve or else it will be considerer as destroyed)" means that your item is been destroyed in any one these things mentioned here.
