Cyberdevil : Stuck

Hello Gm's.
My character Cyberdevil is stuck in red room,it used to get stuck always but in arena,Guides used to reset it,but this time they have got only one answer "mail to [email protected]"...
And as it is a common knowledge ,mailing to a3support and getting a reply from them is the slowest process in India right now,evn a passport will take less time for delivery..
So prove this inference false and reset my char as soon as possible..
