gms help my metamorphis plz

Hi sir
My chracter name metamorphis 135 lvl archer is uanable to login in a3 server migh be it got hacked or freezed by guides .Might be sme hackers traced my id and pass word.i mailed a3 support abt this issue they told me "we helped u 1nce now we cant help u"I m apologizing frm hacker side if he did anything wrong .plz sir return my cahracter as u helped others u r gms u have all rigth i have heared gms can help whn person in need of gms helpplz i apologize abt this but give my cahracter back sir i have lots of hopes with u dont break it . i m really sorry frm hacker side if he did anything wrong plzzzzzz forgive him and relese my cahracter
