Check for the Prices of items

Hey guys, today i was reading news paper and was going thru the market scetion and suddenly this idea stuck ma mind.
Our A3 market is behaving jus like the stock market and the prices and items are fluctue when ever there is an event. So i think it would be better if we had a regulatory team. which checks tats the price are stable.
guys comment on it.
