TO GM Diablo asking for a truth

MY char name SUBZEROO, me cafemet of Monaa and debanjanda.
It was very sad that one of our cafemet hacked Monaa and sell all his staffs and 6 ele shuper shue combo.Monaa that time leaving a3india
for forever.we all our cafemet request him not to leave a3india.
Debanjanda (our cafemanager) in a3india 131 lvl mage char.He
investigate and catch that hacker.but the hacker already sold all
monaa's staff and spend most of all wz ,Monaa request debanjanda to take
remaing 169 mil from that hacker on behalf of Monaa.
then why a3team ban Debanjanda????//
stoping and punishing hacker is against rule of a3india??????/
A3team will support whom hacker or who tries to stop hacking??/
we r very much upset about a3team's decesion.
