cant able to loggin my metamorphis

hi sir
my cahcter is unable to loggin when i connect to server message appears taht u cannot connect to server .migth be it got hacked .i mailed to a3 support team so they told me that they cant help me to retrive my account .plz sir help me i m ready to pay penalties but sir i want my cahcter back any how help me plz
