My Character Got hacked and Gm`s didn`t helping me yet

Sir I Told all GM`s First only i m gonna hacked . and they told u wont get hacked bcoz someone pmed me and said u will get hacked soon and Day after tommorow i got hacked. when i send them screen then they told u wont get hacked . and when it got hacked then i sended my Details they said its a wrong Details . and that hacker is now playing my character from somewhere else only. Gm told that this Character is Shared . What is this i never shared my character..and when i asked Gm`s for my char again they never replied . And my Character is Now With Other Hacker. Sir plzz help me I want my character back .
