help , i'v been scammed by player with shop bug

to the gms ,
i was scamed by a player in temoz today ( 2 / august ) at 2 . 20 pm IST . player name : woterqueen / igc : archer . she set shop with opals for sale with price of 600,000 wz . but one opal was fixed with price of 6,000,000 wz. i didnt notice it . i only realised after i bought the opal and the wz in my inventory was far less . please take action on the character and return my wz pls .
i asked guidemax about this and he told me to mail a3 support . i thought i'd post here first and then send a mail too . but please take action as soon as possible .
