Help me Gms...Saber hacked

hi...
this is saberclaw here...
i was hacked on 14th july...i m sendin mails everyday to a3 support as well as gamemaster...everytime i m gettin same reply tht...'With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that on investigating on your account we found that your account has been shared. We do not encourage players to share the accounts and we have already given many announcement to not share accounts.And we have warned you about this account been shared. Hence we are sorry to say that we cannot help you in retrieving this account'.....
but i m ready fr penelty too ..delevel my char by 5 lvls ..i wll accept tht too..but plss i need my char ...
hacker is doin all nonsense wid my char...sad i can't even do anything...
pls help me out from this...i wll be thankful to u...

150 lvl mace hk.
i hv my last pin too ...
i know my last map n last drop...options in my set...
help me out..

the same case is happen by me
that Gm not retun my thing and penlised me they take all things away
linsen GM if u help saberclaw then u have to retun my things also
this is the same case like me
if u not help me then i can say that this game is one sided game
even u GM stome

saber Real not posible I know real saber aka Dush he sold his char long back
No support for ppl who buy chars and dance On the power.
This is the worse thing in game Kids buy chars and think them selfs as GOD
This game has become a Pro for few ppl bec of lot of Real Cash Involement
Ppl buy wiz, Chars, Uniqs in real cash thats the worse no game play No work on char.
Chars Making real cash in game should be Banned for ever bec they have spoiled the repo of game selling wiz Uniqs and chars shd be a crime in game and ppl should be banned for it GMS should take this seriously.
I miss Old days waht fun we used to have
