Not able to see characters

Hi Gm's
I was logged in till around 12:30-1 today.. and i logged off for sometime. Now when i am trying to log in... i am able to but i am not able to see the characters in my account. Also nothing happens when i hit the New character button... Only thing that works is exit.
Please help me out.
