char Lifeeater gt hacked again

gms plz respose me i m very tensed about my char i m nt able to play a3 properly since my char gt hack 1st time nw again it got hacked.....hacker sent me a 5k msg which i hav mailed u ......he asked me for 100 mill in 6 days else he will hack n delete my char.........nw char is hacked i hav reported u guys when i gt this kind of 5k but sadness no response frm ur side................plz i m playing this game since last 2 years...........plz help me.........he told me in that 5k that he knows my id n also knows hw to hack by knowing id only .................plz if possible change my id n return my char .......i will be very thankfull to u
