What level of customer service are you providing ?

Krail get`s hacked and you will not even investigate ?????

So pray tell me where is the deterrent to prevent hacking ?? contstantly occuring in this game ?

By your own actions you are sending out a signal that hackers can freely hack accounts and A3 support will just turn a blind eye ??

Sad very sad . plz answer these posts and not ignore them.

Remember A3 players you could be the next Krail.......

Hi ,

I can very well understand the concern you have towards your friend. But we do not encourage any recommendation. We helped Krail as much as we can. Further help will be denied for him/her with out any information. The action will be taken to the hacker very soon.
