there are are some skills for mage that say do not require weapon but if i try to use skill they do not work is it a problem with me or for all mages, i see hks can use skills without weapons so asking this doubt

Hi,

The skills that you are talking about is Non-Elemental Mage Skills. It does not require elemental staff's( staffs with elemental properties in them). They still require a basic staff at the least to cast the spells.
