Sorry for the delayed reply i didnt login to forums during weekends ....
i dont understand y my 2nd post was deleted n it was no way off topic ... and here r many ques ....kindly answer them


1] As per the ur statement "items destroyed couldnt be retrieved" but i know that Gm's can create any items , span any creep r monster any where buy entering few codes in ur windows ( u know wht im taking here so im not revealing ) r making entries in DB ... why its done ? since ur not doing this crackers get what thy want ..this means ur indirectly supporting them !

Its not going to cost u anything .. wht u xpect a player whn he is given an empty char ? do u xpect him to play the game for nothing in return ? all he ll do is simply quit t game (decent way), delete t char ( better way to show aggression), sell his char ( indecent way) . I strongly feel ur leading the way for confusion ....

2] Sify mail : I know each forum ID is connected to sify mail ... Few months back i forgot the password for my sify mail id n i sent a mail to sify customer care , i got a reply from preveen r yuvaraj im not sure asking for my a3 details like renewal date ... i checked my sent mail again to confirm whether i sent it to the correct id ... do u xplain y i need to give a3 details to get my mail password ?

3] i think , ROC n policies where changed after the game went to p2p ... many chars where created whn the game was f2p tht means those char doesnt come under the new rules n regulation ?

4] In penalized session u have listed many penalized char for hacking either item cracking r account cracking ... i appreciate tht. but as per knowledge u can raise a legal case against them for the same whether it was done ? if not kindly can you xplain them in terms of official policies ?
if so can u give me the filing details ?

If you say small age groups play this game then here is my view :

Some where in this forum r project a3 site i have seen tht this game is rated as " A" grade n u need parental guidance to play this game r there any way those can be done ? .. n ths game is played mostly by college students n working class ... n few cafe uncles so u can always launch a legal case against them for cracking ....


5] Guidemax has confirmed tht guides work in shift ... n y there is a poll for them whn the guide char is not logged in by the same person whole day ..

Few things which i wanna point out abt the guides rating ...

Few months back their was a rating for guides and their was 85+ votes for each of them which was never seen in any of the other polls ... i last week alone contributed nearly 50 votes .. in those 50 mine is 18 ..rating 1 .. but the remaining 32 r all 8+ votes ... if u ask ppl in the forum thy normally hate lulu for his replies .... n he got 7+ rating ...belive me r not non of the forum visitors (regular) ll not even give 5 pts for him ... then how cme he got tht much point ...

whn the 1st r 2nd official poll was conducted ...n i do conducted my private poll for guides , gms , mod which showed a diff rating for the guides in the same month ...


Last here when i ask guidemax for sme scroll he ll say which monster drops them ... lately " please check the a3india website" has become t default reply ... i know guides r their to help ingame but to wht xtent ? whn i was a newbie guidelulu n guidemax used to roam with us in the Q , T maps to help us ....r those type of guides still alive ?

5] If u say spams get deleted ....n its mod's duty to do them with a statement to the person .. i dont understand y threads against gm alone is considered spam ... n gets deleted ....

6] If i play a3 japan which is possible its not ill legal right ? then whts the use of having a separate publishers for India alone ?

7] As per my knowledge sify has got rights to publish n distribute right ? then how cme u take part in testing n crack issues ?

Now adays things r going very personal which i dont like it would b better if its not ... u have already revealed abt my working status here ... which is against ROC so ur going to ban urself ?


Here is my suggestions for the game improvements

-> Conduct alteast 1 event per month ..
-> plan them ahead n stick to the time ...n also decide t prize n annouce them b4 t event starts ... cause i dont want to waste 1hr war to get 2 ujs n few xp books ...
-> gm's shouldnt be biased if its a rule then its for all
-> keep updating abt the feature lauches .. tht ll help ur marketing n also inc ppls intrest 2wards t game ... its not fair to lauch new things whn ur renewals is getting low ....

If you get robbed of your money will the RBI print new currency notes and give you the cash back? What difference does it make? Its very simple to do that right? I think you get my point atleast now.

If the player brings this doom upon himself, there is nothing we can do about it.

I cannot comment without seeing the actual communication that took place. Provide INTERACT ID's.

They certainly apply to everybody. We reserver the right to amend or change the ROC as necessary without prior notification and it will stand effective from the date of announcement.

At the same time I'd like to add that the account/Item retrievals used to be of the same principle during open beta period also.

Though we reserve the right to do so we do not file legal petitions for these issues unless it is hack into our servers. 99 % are player carelessness. The player is free to proceed legally if they wish to.[/quote]

The user has been warned that it is for a certain age group. Continuing to play is at their discretion. Again we do not launch a legal cases for these. [/quote]

Please stop comparing us to popular BPO services and hence assume different meanings to our actions. This is a simple feedback mechanism to understand player opinion in general. It does not matter whether they work in shifts or not. We are looking for overall feedbak on the guides. Any specific discomfort or mistakes caused by guides are welcome to be published within those same posts. That is the essece of feedback/Suggestions.

Ask the players who voted. GM's and Guides do not take part in any of the polls.

This is a clean example we do our level best. When they have the time they go well above just in-game basic guide stuff and help players to the best. But when they are interacting to many players they cannot afford to do the same and hence restrict themself to providing only basic information.
Their basic purpose in the system is to help the fresh players coming in. Any evolved MMOG player visits a website or forum for game information. In fact we are the first game to have the guides system and we have implemented it only for beginner level gameplay as of now.

Well aimless, baseless flaming in the forum whether it be against GM or against anybody else is considered spam. We have been a little easy until now. Its time we pruned the forum up and keep this a discussion board not a flame table. And thats just what we are doing now.

Its your personal choice. We are english speaking server with game support in english.

Well your knowledge is limited with regards to rights we have over the game.

Your career is something you bragged about in our very own forum. I ve used the same in my post too. Only what was necessary to disprove a false allegation was revealed. Time and again you have come out with baseless allegations or theories which provide incorrect information to the users. Future instances of similar kind will be treated strictly.
