NPC favours and gifts from NPCs

can u tell the common list of gifts which we get from NPCs after questing(other than normal quest reward)
am asking about gifts given as result of high NPC favour, i hope u get what i mean.
you can either tell right away if u know
else you can use "i am not sure, will let u know soon" , mention how many days u need in this case
