Login Problem

Hello Gm,
I send a mail on morning about login problem...
i cant login my char name is Vintagelady.....
still i didnt get a auto intract reply also...
i will keep some lot of rare items in that id... juz lisen this is not hack issue
its a login prob....
from that id i can able to login in mail & forums
