GMs please tell me 1 thing that when a person plays from home and his Id is also not known to anyone gets hacked and reply comes from a3support that his Id was shared, is there any sense.

There are some people in the support team itself who access any ones Id and could do anything with it or there is some security problem in server for which we players face loss.

Please reply to this and for godsake justify your reply by not giving 1 line answers.
