Hacking

Come on GM Diablo people are getting hacked and you are not helping them !!!!
This encourages the hackers to carry on as they appear to never get caught or punished !!!!
Your reputation is falling badly as you dont seem to care and the guy who gets hacked is left to suffer
When you answer some questions on this forum, you never give a fiull and in depth answer and it appeasr that you dont care ..... this is my opinion but is also shared by many
Please i challenge you to be more sympathetic and help the players who get hacked and take strong measures against the hackers.
The innocent should not suffer, please be more vigilant and investigate every case thoroughly.
I was hacked previously through no fault of my own , i have no idea how or who did it , luckily my set was just de levelled but it was a frustrating time, and a big thank you to GM first for helping me
so i feel for the people who get hacked and who do not share their character
Why dont you name and shame the hackers who are caught ?
i am sure you have log files you can use to validate what people say .
