Hacked!!

Hey Gms i need some Answers....
i got Hacked few days back ie: Blasterworm
whn i mailed 2 a3support n gave thm my info they r sayin that my info isnt Correct i mean wtf is this how will i get my Chracter back...i even mailed 2 gamemaster 4 my issue but no reply till now so help me !!

when u cant log in to ur id and u see ur char running naked and making shouts "I'm the hacker!! see, the guides cant do shit bout it!!"

That is absolutely ok dude! ... what i was actually referring to is that sometimes, because of slow network, other prblems, i cud not login either
then i check email, n thats working fine ... conclusion -> not hacked, must be some some glitch ... i was just wondering if some people just try loggin in and when they get the error, send email to a3 support!! ... naive i know, but possible isnt it?
