Plzz give me my G8 , G9 Set , SS , other itmes

Hello Sir..
My char name is Kazama its 118 lvl warrior sir i lost my all itms and Set and SS also... now Guide told me to send mail with screenshot with all information... so i send now u tell me i got reply from a3 team that u cant give my set SS and other itms back may i know y u cant give me back ?? if other players can get they set SS and other itms thn y i cant get back ??
also one morething... y u cant change my Id ?? i Hacked 2 time.. and also we paying in this game na we are not playing free so u must have to try to understnd our probs...
So its request u to plzz give me my set SS and itms back.. i send all information with secreenshots.. and one more thing plzz Cm online in Game i wana talk about my set Ss and itms so plzz give me my set SS and itms back its a request u Sir..
