REquest to change My a3 Id and char name...

Hello Sir.....
My char name is Kazama its a 118lvl warrior and its right now hacked.. and i send mail to a3 support and gm also... when my char hacked 1st time i got at 22-05-2007 after 4 or 5 hr its again hacked when i see my profail so its change and that hacker again hacked my id so plzzz its request to u that plzzz tell me right now my issues in under prosses ??? and plzz change my ID and char name its a request to u..
I hope u will give me reply soon and plzz change my Id and char name... wating ur reply sir...
