can i store wz with npc

the fear of getting hacked is always existing in all A3 players ,
i particularily after coming out of so much trauma started again as nude and at present making wz at a below decent rate and also collected some wz , but fear if i get hacked what will be my situation.
i am storing wz tro buy some ps skills and some ps skills require insane amounts and imagine fortuantely in 4 to 6 months i collect so much wz and wish to buy the ps skills and i get hacked all my hard work is in vain .
so i was hoping if i can give wz to the npc who sell passive skills and ask him to store my wz , i cannot take it back from him , but i can only buy any of the passives i want or is it possible to pay wz in installments ,
ofcourse i get the skill only once i pay all the amount due fo that skill.
got used to paying so many EMI's
, so asking this question
