how often do i face laag / saving scroll --2

its may be 20 % of the time i play , but this 20% will effect the remaining 80 % of lag free time of A3 ,
some times i just glide in the map and playing during those times is very very very entertaining
,
but some times i cant even walk from kinstone to yarmo it takes a lot of time and many jump screens
sometimes i jut freeze , nothing just freeze , the best thing i do is just to press windows buton , do the three finger salute and kill the program and reconnect hoping i dont die ofcourse it depends on which map me playing and which creep i was about to kill ,
this game needs perfect timing and when laag comes and spoils the fun , it is so sad.
loosing 2 % is so easy and to gain that at the rate at which Q drops fall is so difficult.
in the past one week for example i had to just stop playing because i was unable to play smoothly atleast 5 to 6 times and this happens mostly when there is load i.e., many people are vissible in town .
regarding saving scroll , you have said that it does not fall each time i die, but does the mode of death does it make a difference or if iam rced does my chances of droppin item next time reduce.
please clarify by explaining or keeping a post some thing like item drop post.
